Being “Nomadic” in 2021

The sun has set on 2020 and, like everyone, we are looking ahead at 2021 with renewed optimism. For us at Nomad Therapies this year will be one with a few exciting changes.

By the end of January, we will finally be almost fully “nomadic”. What does this mean? It means nearly all our work will we done on the road. It means our in-clinic work will only be done with collaborative partners including Lead Integrated Health Therapies, Crossmount Village, Circle Chiropractic, Langham Health Centre, and Euphoria in Allan. We plan to add more collaborations in 2021. Why do we do this? Because that is who we are. That is our vision of Nomad Therapies. We create great therapy services and we take them on the road – to other health care facilities and to people’s homes.

So with this vision in mind, our plan has been to move our therapy out of our own clinic at Emerson Centre and into those of our collaborative partners. These will be mainly Lead and Crossmount. We expect to complete this move by the end of January. Our admin offices (Heather and the rest of the admin team) will move to the Crossmount facility which is also home to the Nomad Neurotherapy program and our gym.

Change is exciting and it is important, however it can also be a bit unsettling so hang in there with us as we get things moved around in January. For most it should be seamless, however, let us know if there is any problem from your end and we will sort things out.

We are excited to move forward into 2021. We wish you all a happy and healthy year ahead.
