Jocelyn graduated from the college of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan in June of 2023. Her education in human kinetics has driven a desire in helping people to regain strength, improve their mobility, and restore functionality to live their most optimal life. It is important to Jocelyn to create a safe environment and that her approach be rooted in evidence-based practices specifically tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Her extensive background in high level athletics in the sport of figure skating has given her a deep understanding of human movement and physical well-being and the vital nature these have on the mind, body, and spirit. Her personal experience with injury, including concussions, has made her passionate about her role in physical and cognitive rehab therapy. Along with being a Kinesiologist, Jocelyn is a yoga and meditation facilitator as well as a figure skating coach. In her spare time, Jocelyn enjoys biking and running outside, spending time with family, eating yummy food, and travelling!
