Jocelyn graduated from the college of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan in June of 2023. Her education in human kinetics and movement analysis has made her passionate about helping people recover from injury, enhance their sport performance, and functionally move through the world with confidence. It is important to Jocelyn to meet each client where they are and support them in reaching their individual health goals by establishing sustainable and long-term healthy lifestyle habits. Jocelyn enjoys working with all populations and her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices when delivering exercise prescription, rehab programming, and health education. Her background in competitive figure skating has afforded her a deep understanding of human movement and physical well-being and the vital nature these have on the mind and body and she is excited to share this knowledge with her clients. Outside of the clinic Jocelyn is a figure skating coach as well as a yoga and meditation facilitator.
