Julia Kelly, BSc Nutrition
Julia has always been passionate about food—both enjoying it and learning about it—which is what led her to become a Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan and is licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, she is proud to call this city home. When not working with clients, you’ll usually find her at the gym, walking her puppy, checking out new local restaurants, heading to the lake, or spending time with friends and family.
Her approach to nutrition coaching is holistic, client-centred, and sustainable. She is here to support her clients in achieving their health goals in a way that feels aligned and empowering to them. With so much nutrition misinformation circulating these days, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or misled. Her goal is to simplify nutrition, cut through the noise, and help you feel confident in the choices you make around food and your health.
